Security monitoring and scanning are included in your Managed Network and Security monthly service for the systems enrolled in your agreement. This is ongoing management - not just a one-time security check.
Monitoring and recurring checks are focused on the equipment and systems identified in your proposal. Other devices on the property are not enrolled automatically.
How ongoing oversight works

Monitoring and human support
Automated monitoring continues 24/7 for enrolled, configured systems, including during published support-unavailable periods.
Automated monitoring is different from continuous human staffing. Human remote and onsite assistance follows the published Support Hours.
