Managed Network and Security
Endpoint Security
Managed protection for the computers your business or property depends on. We help reduce the risk of malware, ransomware, and suspicious activity on supported devices enrolled in your management agreement.
What is an endpoint?
An endpoint is a supported computer, such as a managed desktop or laptop, that connects to your environment and is specifically enrolled in your agreement.
Enrollment does not automatically extend protection to personal devices, guest devices, or every device on the property.
How we help
- We deploy and configure the selected protection on enrolled devices.
- We monitor supported detections, investigate actionable activity, and take supported response actions within the agreement.
- The exact devices, licensing, and response scope are defined before service begins.
What You Receive
- Configured protection on enrolled devices.
- Ongoing monitoring and review of actionable detections.
- Supported response actions within the agreed scope.
- A clear contact path when a supported device needs attention.
Important distinction
Endpoint security helps reduce risk but cannot guarantee prevention or recovery from every incident.
Security protection is not automatically a backup or data-recovery service. Any backup or recovery work must be separately established in the agreed scope.
